Lenovo is one of the largest computer manufacturers in the world. But how is the buying experience? In this review video I tell the story of the time Lenovo failed to ship me the laptop I wanted, and instead gave me a laptop worth $400 more.
Pros:
1. Product quality. Lenovo truly makes powerful, nicely built electronics.
2. Value. They are known for having the same specs as Alienware, but lower prices. Sometimes they have Lenovo eCoupons to help bring the price down. In fact, the link I gave you in this description takes you to their main coupon page.
3. Costumer service. In the story in the video, Lenovo rectified my issue by providing increased value and a product that truly makes up for the issue.
4. Website design is useful and informative.
Cons:
1. Potentially long shipping times.
2. In order to get the best deals, you need to research the product before hand. A lot of consumers buy computers blind. If you research the processor and everything that you want, you will probably end up on the Lenovo page but it is still possible to buy something that isn't up to snuff if you do not know what specifications you want in your Lenovo computer.
